The current MOA requires Step 1 grievances to use the Appendix A form and be signed by the grievant. Submissions here are therefore handled as reports or complaints for AAUP review and pattern tracking, not as signed Step 1 grievances.
Privacy note: Choosing “Anonymous” omits identifying fields from the saved submission. True technical anonymity also depends on how this page is hosted and whether the hosting/server platform records IP addresses or other metadata.
